I think we now managed to get all packages in the interest of Debian Med
Blend team maintained (not all by Debian Med team - some are in
DebiChem, Debian Science, or some language specific teams). I simply
wrote a kind e-mail to maintainers who not yet joined the team and in
most cases they were happy to join. We had a few cases where
maintainers simply did not responded and after several trys and
according warning that the team will take over I just "team-hijacked"
some remaining packages by adding the former maintainer to Uploaders. I
never got any response to this and so I take this for silent agreement.

This is no policy but just what I did.

Kind regards

      Andreas.
