RSL - Radar Software Library problems in compilation

I have the following problem with RSL_radar_to_hdf function ();. When I
compile the project this error appears: 

  undefined reference to `RSL_radar_to_hdf '

Remarks: I installed the the library and the repository librsl1 librsl-dev.
And also all dependent libraries as the readme on the site below: 

http://trmm-fc.gsfc.nasa.gov/trmm_gv/software/rsl/README 

Can anyone help?
