$ apt-cache policy lintian

so even I didn't have fully up-to-date lintian. For uploads to Debian proper
(which go through sid AKA unstable) in sid which is 2.5.22.1 atm should be
used... and actually build should happen in sid environment (e.g. via
pbuilder/cowbuilder).
