I finally found the time to work on it ; you'll find a package here:
http://mentors.debian.net/package/pynac
and I also pushed it in the debian-science package repository:
ssh://git.debian.org/git/debian-science/packages/pynac.git

Lintian isn't unhappy about it [is that thing every happy?], pbuilder 
manages to build it,  so it should be quite ready.
