At the time of the ITP, I didn't sponsored it because you detailed the
dependency:
herwig++ -> thepeg (RFS) [1] -> rivet (RFS) [2] -> yaml-cpp (NEW) [3]
You should have pinged us once they all were accepted in the archive.
Anyway, I just uploaded it. ;)
