etsf contact for Debian packaging.

Hello

If I remember correctly, Andreas told me that at least one person from
the ETSF could be interested by the PAN Blend initiative [1]. PAN
(Photon and Neutron)

So I would like to discuss with him of the organisation of a dedicated PAN
blend task or at least how to integrate theses softwares in the Blend.
