Re: Bug#676579: ITP: libmath-vector-real-kdtree-perl -- This module implements a kd-Tree data structure in Perl and some related algorithms.

Hi Wei,

I personally know that you are working on these packages as
preconditions for some biomedical program(s). However, independently
from this purpose these libmath-vector-*-perl packages might be
relevant for the Debian Science metapackage science-mathematics-dev.
Is there anybody who agrees with this to add a Depends or Suggests?

As an additional note: For the ITP it might be worth mentioning
that the packaging stuff will be maintained in Debian Med Vcs at

  svn://svn.debian.org/debian-med/trunk/packages/libmath-vector-real-kdtree-perl

Note: The only reason for keeping it in the Debian Med SVN is the fact
that we need it for other dependencies. I guess it would be fine if the
Debian Perl team would try to get a grip on this.

Kind regards and many thanks to Wei for working on these packages

      Andreas.
