Code aster changelog

Hi,

while I'm fixing the last issues in the package, I would like to submit
to your attention the changelog entry I've prepared for the pacakge:

aster (10.3.0-1-1.2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload
  * Activated build of parallel mpi package
  * Now uses libscotchmetis instead of the non-free metis library
  * Moved from contrib section to main
  * Builds only against python2.6
  * closes: Bug#458812
