The best would be to create an account on alioth and then upload your changes
in the svn repository. At this point I guess that Sylvestre could review the package
and hopefully upload.

I have a question regarding the package itself. If I get it right now aster no longer need metis-edf.
It seems we will never get any answer from metis upstream regarding the license issue. So
maybe it's a good idea to remove metis-edf dependency.

However according to aster upstream it will have some impact on aster performance.
Do you think there is a way to replace metis-edf (onmetis) by scotch by rewriting onmetis with scotch?
Do you have some experience in metis/scotch?

Thanks for your work
Best regards
C.
