Hi Marcos,

Nice to see you coming here ;)  Just few tips

* you would be better off if you shared details of your simulation
 libraries (e.g. first file ITP bugreports (reportbug wnpp))

* try to approach packaging yourself first (e.g. get through
  tutorials/demos  http://wiki.debian.org/Packaging  or just start by
  looking into how packaging of similar packages is done) and then
  posting here requests for sponsorship or concrete questions (ideally
  you should come up with 'lintian-free' packages, i.e.
  when lintian *.changes doesn't give any warnings/errors)
