Hi list, we currently use several 2 port mellanox IB Cards in 9 computing nodes. lspci tells me InfiniBand: Mellanox Technologies MT25418 [ConnectX IB DDR, PCIe 2.0 2.5GT/s] (rev a0) Our MPI environment uses the native IB connection. We are thinking about using all 2 ports of each card. Has anyone tips/do's/dont's concerning this setup? I would like to use both ports to "double up" bandwith. Does this require a specific switch?
