I have uploaded debian version 1.11.0.1-1 of mathgl. Please have a look and
upload if it is OK
I don't know how the debian-changes-1.11.0.1-1 is created. Probably through
the way the rules file is coded, but I cannot discern which lines do this job.
I will have a deeper look at it. This file is not needed any more since I have
created the relevant .patch files for the changes to the source.
