paraview moving to testing

Hi there,

  I believe the paraview package is now finally in good shape and
should finally go back to testing in a couple of days:

  I will start working on the 3.8.0 release. I initially thought of
packaging OverView, but I believe this is not a good long term
solution since this has been abandoned upstream, see:

  I am planning to package 3.8.0 with the same approach as 3.6.2
