We discussed it on this list in the thread "simple batch queue system?"
in July or so.
I think the last news was that Steffen asked ftp-master whether the
license is fine, not sure he ever got an answer. If not, it is really a
tough call I guess, maybe somebody should just upload it and see what
happens.
