This has been an RC bug for some time. I was unable to get this
version of the package to build on sparc. The latest upstream release
however did build on sparc, but I didn't have enough
time/expertise/enthusiasm to backport a fix.

AFAICT, this is fixed by the latest update.

AFAICT, this is fixed by the latest update.

And I've missed out[1] root-system:
[FROZEN] Package: root-system (optional; Christian Holm Christensen)
[root-system/5.18.00-2.1 ; =] [add/edit comment]
513542 [ S N ] root-system: Does not properly check the return value
of X509_REQ_verify
So openmpi, ttf-mathematica4.1 and root-system (and ideally axiom) all
need bugs fixing before the release. octave and octave-symbolic need
the release team to allow them in.

[1] I do this by hand - no doubt there is an automated way of doing
this, but ...
