Not, it is not (as in freedom). See

Oh!  Didn't realise.  Sorry about that.

so I believe a connection to (really free) Octave would be a big plus
(no time to work on this myself though... sorry).
Ocatve would be a big plus in this case.  We can always add this to
our todo list.
