In the unstable/root/binary-powerpc area these "packages" are all
actually broken symlinks to the pool area.

science/root-common_5.09.01-7_all.deb 
science/root-doc_5.09.01-7_all.deb 
science/root_5.09.01-7_all.deb
contrib/x11/ttf-root-installer_5.09.01-7_all.deb

I've just removed them.  The older version "-6" ones are linked okay
so please try again.

Christian, did anything break in your repository scripts?
