RFS: zimpl -- mathematical modeling language for optimization problems

Hi,

I'm looking for a sponsor for zimpl, a mathematical modeling language for
optimization problems. I already asked on -mentors a few days ago, but got no
response. Is someone on this list willing to sponsor a science-related package?

RFP/ITP: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=365073

* License         : GPL
  Programming Lang: C
  Description : mathematical modeling language for optimization problems

 Zimpl allows the specification of certain optimization problems - linear
 programs (LPs) and mixed integer programs (MIPs) - in a high-level
