I think it's the quality (or at least readability) of the code in CINT
Brett is referring to.

Look in `cint/src/bc_*' and `reflex' in the ROOT source tree, or check
out CINT from CVS (:pserver:cvs@root.cern.ch:/user/cvs module cint).
