Hi Maintainer

Sometime between 2021-10-16 and 2021-11-25 [1], mercurial's
autopkgtests regressed on s390x in testing.

I've looked at the oldest log available from 2022-04-03, as well as a
current log from unstable, and the failure appears to be the same.

Failed test-convert-svn-encoding.t: output changed
# Ran 918 tests, 47 skipped, 1 failed.
