Please test GMP 5.0.3

Hi,

GMP 5.0.3 was just released and one of the things changed is that
upstream is actively supporting s390 and s390x.  So I removed the
Debian-specific changes for these.

I'd really appreciate if someone with an s390 can exercise the new
package and report any errors.
