Bug#590028: hook scripts for boot loaders

To the Debian package maintainers for lilo and zipl (s390-tools):

You may wish to write
your own scripts for this purpose; but if they will be of any use,
I am offering three hook scripts that I wrote and have been using in
production for some time that meet the requirements of the new policy.
These hook scripts are generalized to work with a number of boot loaders,
but they can be easily renamed and tailored to be specific to your boot
loader:

Kernel postinst hook:

Kernel postrm hook:

initramfs hook:
