Bug#381539: kernel-image-2.4.27-2-s390: wrong version number in package description

When I was translating the package description into zh_CN.UTF-8
(ddtp.debian.net), I found the single line description of this
package said the version of kernel is 2.4.21 instead of 2.4.27.

please check it.
