Re: Re: debian on 9672-r21 possible?

Problem: we have two s/390 hardware machines: ES/9000 (9121 model 120) and COMPAREX under MVS/ESA. I try to install linux on COMPAREX. I download Debian, mount to virtual CDROM under WinXp first CD ISO image, transfer to ES/9000 files (kernel.debian, parmfile.debian and initrd.debian from F:\dists\woody\main\disks-s390\3.0.23-2002-05-21\tape).

Data sets DCB:

KERNEL.DEBIAN lrecl=1024 blksz=8192 recfm=FB

PARMFILE.DEBIAN lrecl=1024 blksz=1024 recfm=F

INITRD.DEBIAN lrecl=1024 blksz=8192 recfm=FB

JCL to prepare tape:

//S1       EXEC PGM=IEBGENER                                            00002001

//SYSPRINT DD SYSOUT=*                                                  00003001

//SYSUT1   DD DUMMY,DCB=(RECFM=F,BLKSIZE=1024)                          00004001

//SYSUT2   DD DISP=(NEW,KEEP),LABEL=(1,BLP),DSN=DEBIAN.BOOT,            00005001

// DCB=(RECFM=F,LRECL=1024),VOL=SER=NLTAPE,                             00006001

//SYSIN    DD DUMMY                                                     00008001

I try to IPL from tape and not get any message to console but PSW 000A000000000068 only.

Maybe kernel doesn't find console device address, and I must specify it in condev parameter, but I don't know where I look it.  Or on machine new G2 instructions not implemented? Maybe "vintage patch" can help me, but I don't know where I may get it and how to use it.
