Respected sir,
i am trying to open /dev/ttyUSB* in SUPERUSER mode(root). The /dev/ttyUSB* devices are also owned by root:uucp? But i am not able to open it. open system call always returns -1as file descriptor.
i haven't installed device driver for the webcam device. is there any need to install the device driver and then accessing the devices or any other solution.
