Can you please retry kdebase and kdegraphics on s390. kdebase needs to have linux-kernel-headers upgraded first afaict. sbuild doesn't print out which version it is using but either lkh has an rc bug currently or the one in the buildd is old and buggy. kdegraphics needs an installable version of xpdf-utils, it failed to build on Feb 5 due to xpdf-utils not being installable.
