Samba is shipped with his own web-frontend called swat which works
really really fine. And if you need a printing-system with a
web-frontend I would suggent to install cups which has got a own
frontend too and can work together with samba.

You can find both in debian woody sid and sarge. I got both installed on
some i386-system.
