current status of s390 port

Hi,
the porting activities for s390 are almost finished.

3700 source packages giving about 8000 binary packages are now available. The 
only outstanding package is kaffe that will hopefully be available before 
woddy freeze.

Below are some highlights available of course also on other Debian 
platforms.

kernel 2.4.16 (including ext3 support)

gcc 2.95.4 (pre Version)
gcc 3.0.3 (including java compiler)
glibc 2.2.5 (first glibc version that can be compiled with gcc 3.1)
binutils 2.11.92.0.12.3
