galeon build problems

Hi,
  s390 galeon builds keep failing. 

from the log:
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of libeel-data:
 libeel-data depends on libeel0 (= 1.0.2-11); however:
  Package libeel0 is not configured yet.
dpkg: error processing libeel-data (--configure):
 dependency problems - leaving unconfigured

Can anyone explain why this is not working? is it some sort of bug in
libeel0 making it uninstallable? (there is no bts entry for this)
Or is it a problem with the build process which requires manual
compilation? - if so, is anyone here able to do this?
