postgresql waiting for buildd

>From non-us.debian.org:
$  madison postgresql
postgresql | 7.1release-4 |       testing | source, alpha, i386
postgresql |    7.1.1-4 |      unstable | hurd-i386
postgresql |    7.1.2-1 |      unstable | hppa
postgresql |    7.1.2-5 |      unstable | powerpc
postgresql |    7.1.3-1 |      unstable | s390
postgresql |    7.1.3-2 |      unstable | source, alpha, arm, i386, m68k,
mips, mipsel, sh, sparc

I would dearly like to get rid of 7.1release-4. Is there anything I can do to
speed up building on these architectures?
