I think it's better to put all of these modules (and possibly the newly
releaseid crypto module) into a single packeg because

- we already have to many packages in Debian IMHO

- they don't have special dependencies so you are not fored to install
  additional packages if you install this one

- they are all very small so there's not much space wasted

I suggest kernel-modules-2.4.5-s390 as package name (if they can go
into Debian, of course).

We also need to ask this question in our installer then, if they are in
the initrd.
