Sorry, yes, we uploaded this one earlier, it's in the NEW queue so not 
available in unstable yet. If you want to work on packaging 
astral-pubgrub already, you can do so by building the package for 
`astral-version-ranges` locally and and pointing the build.sh script to 
it when building astral-pubgrub.

Something like this:
./repackage.sh astral-version-ranges
cd build
./build.sh astral-version-ranges
cd ..
./update.sh astral-pubgrub
# adapt the initial package as needed, and then:
cd build
export EXTRA_DEBS=librust-astral-version-ranges-dev_0.1.4-1_amd64.deb
./build.sh astral-pubgrub

Once the build passes you can already request uploading astral-pubgrub 
to experimental (not unstable, because of the missing dependency).
This will let it clear the NEW queue and then we should be able to 
request its upload to unstable.
