tiny is a minimal terminal IRC client. It allows flexible configuration 
of keybindings, higlighting mentions, autocompleting nicks and more.
All dependencies are already in the archive. Unsure about the name since 
"tiny" is pretty generic and a tinyirc source package already exists.
