Rust tldr client

Hello, I am a maintainer in the tldr project. I would like to request
tlrc, an official rust client for tldr to be added to the debian
repositories. Currently the haskell client is being deprecated
https://lists.debian.org/debian-haskell/2025/03/msg00001.html which
leaves the official python client. While there is nothing wrong with
the python client, it lags behind in client specs. Since tlrc is the
most up to date, I also recommend setting tldr as an alias for tlrc
instead of tldr-py
