I have a concern about the change we made months ago to bump the
debhelper compat to 13 and how it will interact with the coming Trixie
Freezes. My understanding is that the Debian Release Team does not
want the compat level changed in Stable Updates or in harder phases of
the Freeze. While many rust- packages have been uploaded since the
debhelper compat bump, many other packages have not been updated.
Should we try to rebuild as many of our rust- packages as we can that
haven't been updated, while also trying not to overwhelm the Debian
buildds?
