I'd make a poll for a day somewhere in the last two weeks of January
(if the majority agrees).

Also, I'd propose a (semi-)fixed structure of the meet itself, i.e.
item 1: transitions, etc.

Please chime in for ideas/comments/things you want to talk about in
the meet.
I think we may also want to discuss things we'd like to have in Trixie,
their blockers and how to deal with them (I know at least a couple).
