Join the team

Hi Rust team,

I'd like to join the packaging effort for Rust. I've just created my 
first package in debcargo-conf, and it seems to work well locally.

I've applied for membership on https://salsa.debian.org/rust-team.

It would be great to include typst in Debian (see RFP #1060888), and 
I'll start by adding the dependencies. The first package is 
https://crates.io/crates/unicode-math-class, which has no dependencies 
and is therefore a good starting point. :-)

Although I'm a DD and don't need sponsoring, I would appreciate it very 
much if a seasoned Rust DD could take a look at my efforts, before the 
package is uploaded.
