Rust Team IRC Meeting Next Sunday - 2023-06-18 at 19:00 UTC

Hi team and whoever else is interested,

we did a short poll on IRC to find a date for a reboot of having IRC
meetings to coordinate work and discuss issues.

The first one will be on:
- Sunday, 2023-06-18 19:00 UTC in #debian-rust

If you can't make it, but want to participate in future meetings, please
reply with slots that work or absolutely don't work so we can take that
into consideration when scheduling the next or future meetings.

Some points that likely should go on the agenda (in no particular
order):
- rust toolchain updates
- debcargo changes needed
- debcargo-conf improvements
- debcargo maintainership
- big upcoming transitions/breaking updates of crates
- future IRC meetings
- team coordination

Please reply with additions! If you haven't participated in the poll, it
would be nice to ping in the channel if you intend to participate, so we
know who to wait for.
