dh_cratelink

Hi,

Debhelper `cratelink` creates symbolic links
in directory where cargo looks for crates.
This is only done for crates that are Build-Depends.
The original crates for the symlinks get installed as Build-Depends.
The crates come from an special apt repository.
The thing that makes the apt repo special
is that multiple versions are simultaneous present.

Tool `dh_cratelink` can be called outside `debian/rules`
to verify it's correct working.

Purpose `dh_cratelink` is bridging the gap
between "crates" and debian packaging.

Which wise word do you have for a possible dh_cratelinks?
