оказалось что в debian, даже в sid, старые xfsprogs, то есть
xfslibs-dev версии 4.3.0. Поставил вручную 4.5.0, которые вышли
полгода назад, все нормально скомпилировалось. Надо писать багу на
xfsprogs/xfslibs. :(
