дублируются:
deb http://security.debian.org/ wheezy/updates main (последняя)
и deb http://security.debian.org/ wheezy/updates main contrib non-free
(в середине)

Также deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/ wheezy main contrib non-free
и deb http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian wheezy main хоть и не
дублируются с точки зрения apt-get, но предоставляют одинаковые
пакеты.

IMHO, последние 2 строчки явно лишние
