update-notifier & held packages
Мне кажется разумным, что если я указал, что пакет обновлять не надо,
то напоминать о новой версии еще раз не стоит.
Тем не менее, update-notifier напоминает об доступных для обновления
пакетах даже если они придержаны (на них применен «hold»). Это
единственно возможное поведение или у меня что-то недонастроено?
Этот вопрос поднимался на баг-трэкере как минимум два с лишним года
назад, там его прикрыли.

Однако, вопрос все-таки об update-notifier'е. Да, список пакетов он не
показывает, но о наличии обновлений, если все доступные пакеты уже
помечены флагом «hold» все-равно сигнализирует.
