Он вам говорит, что не установленны исходные коды ядра. Установите их.

p.s. То чего вы хотите, насколько я понимаю не всякое ПО умеет. В частности,
mplayer умеет (последний срез), если мне память не изменяет, то и xine 
вроде умеет. Правда, и в том, и в другом случае, боюсь, что потребуется
перекомпиляция.
