user@dell-book:~$ uname -a
Linux dell-book 2.6.22-3-amd64 #1 SMP Sun Nov 4 18:18:09 UTC 2007 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Перепробовал noapic, nolapic, apm=on, apm=power-off, acpi=off, pci=noacpi - ничё не помогло

Проблема исчезла, зато появились другие: не работает ацпи, долго грузится (пишет Waiting for /dev to be fully populated и долго думает).
