Из 4-х дисков, 2 не прошли тест, на 2-х тест прерывается, проверю позже
без нагрузки.

Кстати, для RAID 10 от mdadm нужно SMART на отдельные винты включать или
на массив, как в случае с 3ware?

По этому можно что-то сказать?
