на гуглевидео есть кнопка "даунлод видео"

перегнать flv в mpeg можно так:
ffmpeg -i ./blabla.flv ./blabla.mpeg

youtube качай вот этим:

и так, как оно представленно в виде флеш, то засейвить его сложно - правый клик не работает - приходится идти в /tmp/plugtmp и копировать get_video в *.flv, что во первых неудобно, а во вторых звук может пропасть.
