  Ну это всё же не r4.

  Иными словами, дисков с r4 не будет. Будут диски с апгрейдом. И пока
их  ещё нет (jigdo-файлы пока не увидел, во всяком случае).

  То есть покупать всё равно придётся r3, а потом ещё докупать к нему
апгрейд. Если использовать Интернет по каким-либо причинам неудобно.
