Для начала надо бы посмотреть на сайте разработчиков gphoto2 поддерживается ли камера,
полагаю что A75 поддерживается, но надо уточнить.
У меня A520, файлы скачиваю так: gphoto2 --get-all-files
Правда я gphoto2 ставил поновее, чем в sarge - 2.1.6, не помню где брал deb пакеты.
