Хоть я и опоздал, но все же:

  * H: If set, MPPE is negotiate is stateless mode. This is the default.
    To enable MPPE in statefull mode use the option mppe-stateful
  * M: If set, indicates a 56 bit key is used for encryption.
  * S: If set, indicates a 128 bit key is used for encryption.
  * L: If set, indicates a 40 bit key is used for encryption.
  * D: Use is deprecated.
  * C: Use is deprecated.
