У нас на работе стоит MIME-Defang, так что .exe-ники отрезаются, но всё
равно письма идут. Так что я себе настроил вот так правила:

score BAYES_70 2.6

score BAYES_90 5.3
score BAYES_99 6.3
То из 300 где-то 1-2 может прорвутся.
BAYES_ хорошо помогает ;)
